The Challenge
Transport companies lose deals while calculating prices manually.
The transport industry runs on phone calls and Excel spreadsheets. A potential client asks for a quote — the dispatcher opens a spreadsheet, looks up distance, applies rates, factors in fuel surcharges, and responds by email. That takes 24-48 hours. By then, the client has already booked with a competitor.
Small and mid-sized transport companies have no tools built for them. Enterprise TMS systems cost tens of thousands. Generic CRM tools don't understand route pricing, vehicle capacity, or ADR hazmat regulations.
The solution needed to do three things: generate instant quotes based on real road distance, capture leads automatically before revealing prices, and give dispatchers a pipeline to manage everything from first contact to delivery confirmation.
On top of that, the platform needed to be white-label — any transport company should be able to embed the quoting widget on their own website and start collecting leads in minutes. GPS tracking, a driver app, and a client portal completed the vision.

How does the instant quoting work?
Clients enter origin and destination addresses. The system uses OSRM routing with Nominatim geocoding to calculate exact road distance. A confidential server-side pricing engine then generates three tiers — ECO (budget), STANDARD (regular), and EXPRESS (priority) — in under 30 seconds. Before seeing prices, leads provide email and name through a lead gate, ensuring every interaction is captured. Vehicle count is auto-calculated based on cargo weight (ceil(weight / 1200kg)).
