The need
Material went out as file-sharing links that could be forwarded, with no way to withdraw access or know whether anyone watched.
What we built
Per-project access codes with hashed passwords, expiry and use limits; signed video playback; a QR invitation flow; roles for owner, agent and viewer; and an audit log.
How it works
Access is granted per project and can be revoked, and the representation can see that a screening was opened without handling the files themselves.
