Do we need a complete specification?
No. Start with the intended users, their task and your product idea. We use those to define the first release, design the application and prepare a proposal.
Who do we work with?
You work directly with Paweł Paruzel on product requirements, architecture and development decisions. You review working features regularly in a test environment.
What does handover include?
The contract defines code ownership and handover. We provide the repository, documentation and agreed infrastructure access, with the external services and operating costs identified.
