Conversations about your offer

The AI employee uses the product or service information you provide. It asks about the customer’s needs, compares available options and helps them take the next step.

Onboarding and customer requests

Use conversations to gather the information needed to start working with a customer or handle a request. The knowledge sources and integrations are configured for the agreed workflow.

Actions beyond the conversation

Depending on the setup, Presence can book a meeting, record information in CRM or hand a case to your team. Data access and any actions requiring human approval are agreed before implementation.

Yes. Syntelligence Presence is developed by Syntelligence. Founder and developer Paweł Paruzel leads the company and personally designs and builds its software.

What is the difference between Presence and Claudia?

Presence is the product and technology for deploying AI employees. Claudia is one AI employee running on Presence. The character, voice, knowledge and tasks are configured for each business.

Does Presence only use scripted answers?

Presence can use company data and connected business systems. Each implementation defines the available information, integrations and actions the AI employee is allowed to perform.
